This guide is a conscious beauty practice to help guide you towards discovering a deeper connection with your skin and its current care requirements.

Your skin type is something that you’re born with. Determined by your genes. Even when you alter things like diet or environment, your skin type always stays the same. Your skin type - whether it’s a dry, oily or another skin type - never changes throughout your life.

Your skin has fine pores, is easily irritated, and prone to redness and stinging.
